What is the difference between an agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot converses and answers questions. An agent can also consult several sources, make decisions within the rules you set and carry out tasks in your software.

Is my data used to train the AI?

We work with the business offerings of OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude), whose commercial terms exclude, by default, the use of your data to train their models. We also explain which information is processed and where it is stored.

Can the agent make mistakes?

Will it integrate with my software?
